The National Child Welfare Resource Center on Legal and Judicial Issues provides free training and technical assistance to agencies, courts, and attorneys on all legal and judicial aspects of the child welfare system. Our training and technical assistance is designed to meet the specific needs of the state/ jurisdiction. The goal is to create systemic change and we will work with you to identify short term objectives and long range goals.
This assistance can be provided on- or off-site and can be arranged through your local Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families Regional Office, or your state’s Court Improvement Project (CIP).
