CHILDREN'S LEGAL RIGHTS JOURNAL
This is a quarterly periodical, co-edited by the ABA Center on Children and the Law and the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, in cooperation with the National Association of Counsel for Children.
Published for over twenty-five years, this journal contains articles for attorneys and non-attorneys interested in legal rights and issues affecting children. Regularly featured are special theme issues, practice improvement-oriented pieces, and coverage of new directions on children and the law. Case, legislation, and news updates are regularly included, as are book reviews and capsule descriptions of child advocacy organizations. Individual bound volumes and back issues are also available.
Topics in the past have included foster care, international adoption, child trafficking, domestic violence education, juvenile justice, permanency planning, abuse and neglect and much more.
