CEELI, a public service project of the American Bar Association, advances the rule of law in the world by supporting the legal reform process in Central and Eastern Europe and the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union. With the assistance of lawyers, judges and law professors, CEELI helps build the legal infrastructure that is indispensable to strong, sustainable democratic systems.
