Ms. Kelly is a member of the Board of Directors of the Council
for Court Excellence (1999-present). She is a member of the American
Bar Association and served on the following ABA committees: Co-chair,
Publications Committee, Labor and Employment Law (1995-1996);
Chair, Victims Committee, Criminal Justice Section (August 1991-1994);
Vice-chair, Victims Committee, Criminal Justice Section (August
1988-1991); Appointed Law Student Member, Victims Committee, Criminal
Justice Section (1984-1988); and was appointed to ABA President
George Bushnell's Justice Initiatives Task Force (October 1994).
In addition, Ms. Kelly was appointed to the ABA Criminal Justice
Section's Long-Range Planning Committee (August 1990-1993) and
served on the Section's Nominating Committee (1993).
