How?
Career Path to Current Position: Joined a mid-size law firm coming out of law school and migrated through a small labor law boutique and a large general practice firm, before settling on a national labor and employment firm.
Influences and Mentors: I spent 15 years working with another labor lawyer, James Haramy, who served as editor of my written product, challenged and assisted my analysis of the proper response to problems, and taught me never to take myself too seriously or to lose my sense of humor.
