Why?

Pluses/Challenges of Practice Area:
Antitrust law is a great mixture of law and business because it consists in essence of the rules of fair competition. Consequently, much of what I do involves the application of legal standards to a multitude of everyday business decisions. To do this properly, I work closely with business executives and become intimately involved in the strategic decisions and goals of the companies with which I work. As a result, I am always learning about new businesses and industries and no two cases are ever quite the same.
