I love antitrust because it requires an intense understanding
of each of the various businesses that one represents and is intellectually
stimulating as well. Also, antitrust litigation typically involves
extremely significant risks for the parties, which adds to the
excitement (as well as the challenge) of the litigation.
Core Skills/Key Knowledge Needed in Your Practice Area:
Antitrust litigation requires all of the basic core skills of
a general litigator. In addition, a background in economics is
helpful, although not required.
