Mr. Langer lectures regularly both nationally and in Connecticut
on antitrust, consumer protection and health care topics.
Memorable Career Moment:
As Chair of the NAAG Multistate Antitrust Task Force,
I helped establish better communication, cooperation and collaboration
between state antitrust enforcers and the federal antitrust enforcement
agencies, the FTC and the Antitrust Division; as CT AAG, I helped
develop two entire bodies of new law under our state antitrust and
consumer protection statutes. Intriguing Interests:
I do not know how intriguing, but my interests are sports
- tennis and squash, chess, philosophy and crossword puzzles.
