Previously, he served as a Vice Chair of the Sherman Act Section 2 Committee (2003-2006); as a Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee (2000-2003); as a Vice Chair of the Corporate Counseling Committee (1998-2000); as a member of an Antitrust Section Working Group which drafted comments on the European Commission's proposed discussion paper on the application of Article 82 to exclusionary abuses (2005-2006); as a member of an Antitrust Section Task Force which drafted comments on the Standards Development Organization Advancement Act of 2003 (2003); and as a member of ABA Task Force (Sections of Antitrust Law, International Law and Practice, and Intellectual Property Law) which drafted comments on the European Commission's Evaluation Report on the Transfer of Technology Block Exemption Regulation No. 240/96; Technology Transfer Agreements Under Article 81 (2002).
