Provides periodic continuing legal education programs and informal networking opportunities for women who temporarily leave active practice in law firms or corporate settings but remain interested and engaged in business law issues.

An initiative to enable women lawyers leaving private practice to prepare for service as independent directors.

This group helps connect women in the Section, both in between and at Section meetings. This group takes and presents surveys of interest to women lawyers, organizes volunteering for ABA positions and plans panels relate to the professional development of women.
