- These summaries of topics covered at the WGLO October 2007 seminar were prepared to provide a general idea of the subjects covered by the panel sessions and breakout groups. The summaries were prepared in most cases by members of the audience and cover such topics aslimiting opinion liability, responsibilities and concerns of opinion recipients, and assignability.
