Advance Registration & Ticket Purchase Deadline: November 13, 2009
NOW AVAILABLE:» Online Program Guide» CLE Program Materials WelcomeOur Section’s Fall Meeting continues to grow in importance. Momentous federal regulatory changes are being proposed and heavily debated. Our programs are very timely and contain expert panelists from both the government and private sectors. During the last several months, many lawyers in government have joined our Section. We welcome you. Our members in the private sector will benefit from listening to panels on which government lawyers participate and from having one-on-one discussions with their colleagues in government service. I am confident that the government lawyers will benefit, as well, from these panels and discussions. We also welcome the many law students, who plan to attend this year’s Fall Meeting. These students are the future of our profession, and I hope that our lawyer members who are attending the Fall Meeting will answer their questions and provide them with insights as to our profession. If you currently are not a member of the ABA or the Business Law Section, I invite you to join us in DC where you can see first hand our timely and lively CLE programs and meetings that will keep you informed of the recent changes in business law and will help you serve your clients better. If your work is in any way connected with federal regulation, the Fall Meeting is the ideal place for you to meet directly with regulators. I hope you will join us in DC. Nathaniel L. Doliner Chair, ABA Business Law Section Below are the committees planning to meet and put on programs at the Section Fall Meeting. Membership is not required to attend a committee meeting; however, we encourage you to join and experience the many benefits of committee membership. Membership is free for Business Law Section members.
