The Section is offering the following registration fees (including discounts for registrations received before May 5, 2008). Registration fees are listed -- and will be collected -- in U.S. dollars:

Onsite registration will take place during the following hours:

Wednesday, May 28:
5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 29:
7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday, May 30:
7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Registration Deadline
The last day to register in advance and to appear in the list of attendees is on Friday, May 9, 2008. After this date, registrations will take place at the hotel.


Join the ABA Section of Business Law and Save.
When registering online, you have the opportunity to join the ABA and the Section of Business Law to take full and immediate advantage of our membership discounts. Membership in the Section is only $55 for ABA members. Non-U.S. attorneys may join the ABA and the Section as Associate Members and receive the discount as well. Cancellations
Requests for refunds must be made in writing by Friday, May 9, 2008 to Toyin Alaka at alakat@staff.abanet.org or by fax to 011.1.312.988.5578 (within the U.S. 312.988.5578). Refund requests after this date will not be granted; however, the Section will gladly accept substitutions for those unable to attend.


MCLE and CPD Credit
MCLE accreditation has been requested for this meeting from every U.S. state with mandatory continuing legal education requirements for lawyers. All appropriate paperwork will be available at the Hospitality Desk.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation has been requested for the conference.


Conference Attire
Business attire is recommended for all attendees.
