Registration and Room Reservations

Registration and room reservations for the Annual Meeting must be processed through Experient, formerly International Travel Service (ITS). Experient will be the only source for ABA Meeting Registration and official ABA Housing. To secure registration and hotel accommodations, all attendees are required to submit the ABA registration form and payments to:

Important Deadlines

Advance Registration & Ticket Purchase Deadline:
Friday, July 6, 2007, 5:00 p.m. Central Time
This is the absolute deadline that Experient can receive and process a registration form and requests for housing. Forms must be accompanied by a check, money order or credit card for the registration fee and housing deposit. Credit cards will be charged at the time of booking. This is also the absolute deadline that you can register for the Annual Meeting and appear in the Advance Registration List.

After Friday, July 6, 2007, registrations will be accepted onsite at the Moscone West Convention Center. Registration forms received by Experient after July 6 will be held and processed onsite after August 1, 2007, and will not appear in the Advance Registration List. Ticket requests received after July 6 will be held and processed, to the extent that tickets remain available, onsite.

Hotel Reservations:
Friday, July 6, 2007, 5:00 p.m. Central Time
You must register for the 2007 ABA Annual Meeting to receive housing. A list of official ABA hotels, rates, amenities and locations can be found at www.abanet.org/annual/2007. Registrants are urged to submit their hotel requests well before the deadline since confirmation is acknowledged on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests should be directed only to Experient, using the ABA registration form or by registering online.

The Section of Business Law will be headquartered at the Fairmont San Francisco and InterContinental Mark Hopkins hotels.

Satellite Registration Information

Once again this year, if you register before June 8, you will have the choice of picking up registration materials - including advance-purchase event tickets and the All-Access CLE Badge - at either the ABA Registration Desk located at the Moscone West Convention Center or the Section Satellite Registration Desk located at the Fairmont San Francisco. If you register by June 8, you will receive an email from the Section of Business Law asking which option you would prefer.

Please remember that you cannot register for the Annual Meeting at the Section Satellite Registration Desk - all onsite meeting registration must be completed at the Moscone West Convention Center!

Note: The deadline for taking advantage of the satellite registration option is earlier than the ABA advance registration deadline.

Ticketed Functions — Section of Business Law

The deadline for purchasing tickets in advance is Friday, July 6, 2007. It is advisable to purchase tickets for all desired events in advance as availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for a copy of the Advance Ticket Order Form.

NOTE: The Advance Ticket Order Form should be mailed directly to: ABA/Experient San Francisco 2007, 108 Wilmot Road, P.O. Box 825, Deerfield, IL 60015-0825, or faxed to 800-521-6017 (U.S. & Canada). You can also purchase tickets online at www.abanet.org/annual/2007. Advance purchased tickets will be included with your registration materials.

Onsite Ticket and All-Access CLE Badge Purchase

Onsite ticket purchases and the All-Access CLE Badge will be available at the Moscone West Convention Center during the above hours.

MCLE Credit

Accreditation has been requested for the programs and committee forums at this meeting from every state with mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) requirements for lawyers. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of "CLE." Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conclusion of each accredited program or committee forum for both attendees and speakers. You may contact Toyin Alaka at 312-988-5564 or the ABA Service Center toll free at 800-285-2221 for confirmation of the number of credit hours granted by each state.

If you have not used ABA Online Travel, you will need to establish an account online. Instructions to do so are on the log-in page of the site under MEMBERS. Travelocity Business is available 24/7 to assist with setting up an account or to make reservations with a travel agent.
