Deal Points
The Committee's newsletter,
Deal Points, is published and
distributed to Committee members three times a year, in
conjunction with each of the Committee's meetings. Each issue of
Deal Points includes information on Committee activities
and at least one substantive article on an M&A-related topic.
Members of Subcommittees and Task Forces are frequently invited
to submit articles for publication in
Deal Points.
Access Deal Points issues requires membership in the Committee on Mergers and Acquisitions,
free for Section of Business Law members.
