Registration
The meeting registration fee allows registrants to attend your choice
of over 60 CLE programs and committee forums and all committee
and subcommittee meetings. Your registration fee does not include
meals served at meetings or social events identified as ticketed
functions.
The absolute deadline for receipt of advance registrations
is March 17, 2006
. The Section office must receive the attached
registration form and payment no later than
March 17, 2006, 5:00 p.m.

, in order for your name to appear on
the meeting roster. Registrations received after that date will be
processed onsite only.
Attending this Meeting for the First Time?
If this is your first time attending the Section's Spring Meeting,

- Ask questions. Members and staff alike are ready and willing to
help you get active in the Section of Business Law.

Law? Do you want to learn more about committees
and how to get involved? Do you need assistance
navigating the meeting? Our Section Leaders will

how you can become involved in the Section. Our
leaders are always open to answering questions
about the meeting or the Section in general.
Ticketed Events
An order form for meal functions and tours appears on the reverse
side of the registration form. Ticket requests for all events must be
received no later than
March 17. It is advisable to purchase tickets for
all desired events in advance as many Section events do sell out and
there is no guarantee that tickets will be available onsite.
Accommodations
The Section has secured a room block at both the Tampa Marriott
Waterside Hotel & Marina and the Wyndham Harbour Island Hotel.
The hotels should receive reservations as early as possible in
order to be assured of accommodations, but definitely no later
than
March 15, 2006. Reserve accommodations online at

and ask for the discounted rates for the Section of Business Law

The housing deadline is
Wednesday, March 15, 2006. After this date,
guestrooms and rate are subject to availability. Individuals with
guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations 24 hours prior
to check-in time on the day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation
charge.
A limited number of guest rooms are available at the Tampa Marriott
Waterside Hotel & Marina and the Wyndham Harbour Island Hotel for
academics, jurists, and government lawyers. These rooms are offered
at a reduced rate and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

MCLE Credit
Accreditation has been requested for this meeting from every state with
mandatory continuing legal education requirements for lawyers. Please
be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including
its definition of "CLE." Certificates of attendance will be available at the
conclusion of each substantive meeting and program for both attendees
and speakers. You may contact the ABA Service Center toll free at
1-800-285-2221 or the Meeting Registrar, Marcia Yarbrough at
312-988-5653 for confirmation of the number of CLE credit hours
requested by the ABA or credit approved by any particular state.
Written Materials
Written materials for all programs and committee forums will be
available in the meeting room at the time of the program/committee
forum. You will also receive a CD-Rom (which includes all original and
supplementary materials) when you check in at the registration desk.

Throughout the meeting stop by the Section of Business Law Internet
Cafe in the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina to check your
email, relax, enjoy refreshments, and visit with colleagues. Also,
be sure to check out information on Section products, as well as
information on products and services from exhibitors in the legal
trade, at the Business Law Expo. The Section of Business Law Internet
Café and Expo Area will be open Thursday, April 6, through Saturday,
April 8. All registrants and guests are welcome!
