ABA Resources for Bar Leaders: Medical Malpractice Toolkit

As part of the ABA's committed opposition to Congressional efforts to preempt state medical laws, the Association has worked on Capitol Hill to prevent Congress from enacting legislation implementing caps, developed background material for use by members and state and local bars, and continued to work through the media to educate the public about the myths and false rhetoric that dominate this issue.

ABA Commission on Second Season of Service

2004 Survey of State and Local Bar Foundations

In March and April of 2004 the ABA Division for Bar Services conducted an online survey of state and local bar foundation executives on topics including Governance and Board Structure, Association/Foundation Relationships, Funding, Grants and Programming, and Building Ownership/Leasing.
