The American Bar Association is committed to preserving judicial independence, one of the Constitution’s most important tenets and one our government’s most important organizational principles. In response to the overheated rhetoric generated by recent high-profile cases, the ABA created this toolkit to help lawyers, bar leaders or anyone working to address the attacks on our judiciary. The toolkit provides examples of what I and other bar leaders have done already, and other information and resources.
