Promoting the CMBA's mission, increasing membership, creating strategies to increase value to the organization's members, creating and promoting organization initiatives, and providing direction and oversight to fundraising opportunities;

Managing the bar's operations and resources, including its staff, budget, more than 50 committees and sections, its subsidiary insurance agency and its Foundation;

Planning, formulating, and recommending policies and programs consistent with the bar's strategic plan;

Assuring the sound financial integrity and management of all entities; and

Serving as executive director of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation and reporting to the presidents and the boards of trustees of each organization.
