The survey says ... Bars seek member feedback to help them find their way

In-depth interviews and focus groups? Or quick e-mail questionnaires? When it comes to surveys, which approach is better? That depends not only on your budget, but also on what it is you want to find out. See how your peers are conducting their member surveys-and what they're learning from them.

Online elections: Are members voting 'no thanks'?

GATS and FLC rules gaining more attention

The MAIN THING, or 'Rocks in a jar'

With so much to do and so little time, how can you possibly accomplish everything-or at least, the most important things?
