William Blumenthal
William Blumenthal, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office
of King & Spalding LLP, practices in the area of antitrust
and trade regulation, with a principal focus on mergers, acquisitions,
joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He currently serves as
International Officer of the ABA Antitrust Section and as a private
sector advisor to the International Competition Network. He is
a member of the Competition Committee of the OECD Business and
Industry Advisory Committee, the Commission on Competition of
the International Chamber of Commerce, the Antitrust Council of
the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Editors of the
Matthew Bender Antitrust Report. His articles have appeared in
California Law Review, George Washington Law Review, Antitrust
Law Journal, Antitrust Bulletin, and other publications.
