
George G. Gordon
George is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member
of the Antitrust Practice Group. His antitrust practice concentrates
on intellectual property-antitrust litigation and counseling,
merger analysis and general antitrust litigation. Representative
matters have included litigation involving alleged monopolization
in the pharmaceutical industry, the extra-territorial application
of the U.S. antitrust laws, alleged price fixing in the airline,
baby food and graphite electrode industries, alleged group boycotts
in the casino and health care industries and price discrimination
in magazine distribution as well as counseling on acquisitions
and distribution practices in the specialty chemical, pharmaceutical
and magazine distribution industries.
George is active in the ABA's Antitrust Section as a Co-Chair
of the Section's Intellectual Property Committee. His publication

George received a B.A. in economics, cum laude with honors, from
Brandeis University in 1988 and a J.D. from the University of
Pennsylvania Law School in 1991. He also studied at the London
School of Economics from 1986 to 1987, where he earned a High
