Q: How often does The Antitrust Source appear?
A: It is posted every other month, beginning with the first issue in November 2001.
Q: What kinds of submissions will you publish?
A: We will publish original comments, op eds., articles, book reviews, and letters on matters concerning all facets of antitrust law and economics. Material on timely matters will be of greatest interest. Articles between 10-15 pages double-spaced are preferred, though we will consider both longer and shorter submissions.
Q: How are articles submitted?
A: Submissions should be sent to antitrust@att.net (attention Tina Miller, Executive Editor). We will acknowledge email submissions promptly. Notification of acceptance will be within 15 days of receipt. Once material is accepted for publication, it may not appear in published form, either on the Internet or in any other medium, before it is published in the Antitrust Source.
Q: Who decides what is published?
A: All material submitted will be reviewed by our Editorial Board and edited for publication on www.antitrustsource.com. Please see the ABA Copyright Policy for further information on rights to, ownership and reprinting of materials accepted for publication.
Q: What is your connection to the ABA Section of Antitrust Law?
A: The ABA Section of Antitrust Law sponsors the Antitrust Source through funding and the work of the Section's volunteer member/editors.
