Dear Colleagues, SOLD OUT
We have unfortunately reached maximum capacity for attendance. We will not be accepting any additional registrations for this conference. The next International Cartel Workshop will occur in 2010.
The 2008 Workshop will be even bigger and better than before having extended its subject-matter scope to more topics and new issues and broadened its jurisdictional coverage from five to seven jurisdictions. Continuing the Workshop's tradition of instruction by demonstration, the experienced faculty from around the globe will take you inside a hypothetical international cartel matter, from detection by government enforcers to the disposition of government prosecutions and the settlement of private purchaser litigation. The 2008 Workshop will have a faculty of 75 of the most accomplished cartel attorneys in the world, including:
- Active senior cartel enforcement officials from seven jurisdictions;
- Over 40 experienced cartel defense practitioners from 10 countries;
- Experienced members of the plaintiffs bar (class action and opt outs) from the United States, Canada, and Europe;
The Workshop will also feature:
- A luncheon roundtable discussion with the senior enforcement officials from Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States; and
- A luncheon roundtable discussion with experienced members of the judiciary from the European Union, Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Those currently registered for the conference should have received a confirmation from the ABA (electronic confirmations were sent to on-line registrants). Please bring your meeting confirmation for check-in. We look forward to seeing you there.
Those individuals unable to attend will have the opportunity to purchase conference materials in March.
Thank you for your interest in the International Cartel Workshop.
