Consumer Protection Update
Each month, the ABA Section of Antitrust Law's Consumer Protection Committee and Corporate Counseling Committee host a telephonic brown bag program that will summarize the significant developments in consumer protection law that occurred during the preceding month. The presentation will cover cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, as well as consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and National Advertising Division case decisions. A different law firm will present the Consumer Protection Update each month. A copy of the Powerpoint presentation used will be emailed prior to the call so that participants can follow along and will be posted on this site after the call.
