The negotiated rate of $199 plus 9% tax  per night for single or double occupancy expired on
March 18, 2008.  
To make reservations after March 18, 2008, call the hotel directly at 1-877-603-4386 or visit the reservations website at https://www.harrahs.com/MakeReservation.do?propCode=PLV.

It is important to note the following policies of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel:

  • Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations with less than 72 hours advance notice will result in one night’s room and tax charged to the individual’s credit card.
  • There is a fee of $50 plus tax for early check-out (checking out prior to the reserved check-out date). To avoid this fee, please advise the Hotel upon check-in or before arrival as to any revised departure date.
  • There is a charge of $30 per person, per night, for additional guests above 2 in the same room.  The maximum number of guests per room is 4.
  • Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is 11am.

Golf Outing
A group will assemble to play golf on Saturday, April 12th, at approximately 12 noon.  If you are interested in playing please contact Jenny Abreu at abreuj@staff.abanet.org

Transportation to/from McCarran International Airport
The Paris Las Vegas Hotel and the Las Vegas Strip are approximately one mile from the airport. Taxi service is readily available at the airport and the hotel.

Dress Code
The dress code for the meeting is resort casual.  The dress code for the Saturday night dinner is “after five” meaning at least a blazer and dress pants for men and a dressy ensemble for women.
