Dear Section Member and Colleagues:

It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the Spring Meeting of the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice in Richmond from April 19-21, 2002. Our thanks to the Chair for the Spring Meeting, Katy Kunzer of the American Chemistry Council, who has arranged a full and exciting agenda for us. We will be staying at the Jefferson Hotel and will hold our Council meetings and most of our programs there.

Highlights of the Spring Meeting include:

Programs:

  • Agency Website Errors: Designing Better APA or Tort Remedies
  • Ethics Issues for the Administrative Judiciary

Council Meetings:

The Section Council will meet at the Jefferson Hotel from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday April 20 and Sunday April 21. A variety of business and action items will be discussed. All Section members are invited and encouraged to attend.

Social Events:

  • Section Reception at the John Marshall House

  • Golf and Tennis on Saturday April 20, 2002.

  • Section Reception and Dinner at La Grotta on April 20, 2002.

We hope that you will make plans now to join us in Richmond for this weekend of diverse and interesting business and social activities.
