Member News

Rob Floyd, formerly with the Marriott Legal Department, and a staff attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor, has accepted an associate position in the Arlington, Virginia, office of the Atlanta firm of Constangy, Brooks and Smith. Rob specializes in Labor and Employment Law.

The Honorable Judith E. Dowd, Administrative Law Judge formerly with the National Labor Relations Board, and prior to that with the U.S. Postal Service, has recently transferred to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Judge Dowd also is the current Vice-Chair and Chair-Elect of the Federal Administrative Law Judge Conference, the "umbrella" association representing the over 1,300 Federal Administrative Law Judges.
