ADMINISTRATIVE & REGULATORY LAW NEWS![]()
Section Internet ResourcesThe Section continues to maintain two active web sites. One is located at:
and contains information about the section, back issues of the Administrative & Regulatory Law News, and links to the Library of Congress web site (which contains current legislative documents, such as bills and committee reports), the on-line Code of Federal Regulations, and the on-line Federal Register. The other Section web site is maintained by Professor James Rossi of Florida State University Law School at
(which also can be reached by a link from the ABA site). The FSU site contains an on-line copy of the Attorney General's Manual on the federal APA and a copy of the new ABA-approved Model Act creating a central panel hearing agency, as well as links to a large number of interesting and useful administrative law resources, perhaps most notably links to administrative law developments in all 50 states.
At the Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice we are always looking for new and better ways to serve our members, the bar and the public. If you have any comments, ideas or features you would like us to incorporate, or if you have difficulties with any of the links in these pages, please contact the Section's Webmaster. | ![]() ABA and Section Membership information For additional information on the Section, please contact Leanne Pfautz at: Phone: (202) 662-1665 Fax: (202) 662-15299 E-Mail: WeiandK@staff.abanet.org ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice, 10th Floor, 740 15th Street, NW Washington, DC 20005-1009 E-Mail: adminlaw@abanet.org |
