ADMINISTRATIVE & REGULATORY LAW NEWS![]()
CorrectionThe last issue of the News incorrectly stated that the Supreme Court had heard the case involving the First Lady's invocation of attorney-client privilege with respect to conversations with members of the White House Counsel's Office. In fact, the Supreme Court denied certiorari in Office of the President v. Office of the Independent Counsel (reported below as In re Grand Jury Subpoena Duces Tecum, 112 F.3d 910 (8th Cir. 1997)) without dissent. The arguments made by the Independent Counsel and the White House, reported in the News, were made in the filings with respect to the certiorari petition.
