ADMINISTRATIVE & REGULATORY LAW NEWS

We're always looking for better ways to serve our members and the public. We appreciate your comments.

Correction

The last issue of the News incorrectly stated that the Supreme Court had heard the case involving the First Lady's invocation of attorney-client privilege with respect to conversations with members of the White House Counsel's Office. In fact, the Supreme Court denied certiorari in Office of the President v. Office of the Independent Counsel (reported below as In re Grand Jury Subpoena Duces Tecum, 112 F.3d 910 (8th Cir. 1997)) without dissent. The arguments made by the Independent Counsel and the White House, reported in the News, were made in the filings with respect to the certiorari petition.

At the Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice we are always looking for new and better ways to serve our members, the bar and the public. If you have any comments, ideas or features you would like us to incorporate, or if you have difficulties with any of the links in these pages, please contact the Section's Webmaster.
