Professor Vic Rosenblum of Northwestern University School of Law and Judge Alexander P. White were among those speaking in favor of creating a central office for administrative hearings in Illinois during a public forum sponsored by the Illinois State Bar Association's Administrative Law Section Council.
The ABA's Section on Law Practice Management named Joel Bennett Chair-Elect of the Section at the Annual Meeting in August. Bennett is also a Fellow and past president of the Bar Association of DC, where he currently chairs its publications committee.
John Holmes has recently published two book reviews in the Federal Bar Association's The Federal Lawyer. One is a review of Foundations of Administrative Law by Professor Peter Schuck of Yale; the other is a review of Reel Justice by Michael Asimow and Paul Bergman.
