Hear from Kenneth Mead, former DOT Inspector General and Clark Kent Ervin, former DHS Inspector General, regarding the impact of AirTrans on the Inspector General's investigative authority over industry participants and their own agencies. This will be a lively panel discussion and will include other topics such as security, organizational independence, and rulemaking.
