A Conversation With The Honorable Phil Perry, General Counsel to the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security

Mr. Perry will discuss the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (“SAFETY Act”) Final Regulation.

This brown bag lunch is the first in a series to be offered by the ABA Administrative Law Section’s Homeland Security Law Committee.  The committee aims to create a regular forum providing an excellent opportunity for lawyers to be­come better educated about new legislation, regulation and initiatives as they occur in this rapidly developing area of the law. 

The host for this program is Joe D. Whitley, former General Counsel to the Department of Homeland Security, and current partner at Alston & Bird LLP.
