Mr. Perry will discuss the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (“SAFETY Act”) Final Regulation. This brown bag lunch is the first in a series to be offered by the ABA Administrative Law Section’s Homeland Security Law Committee. The committee aims to create a regular forum providing an excellent opportunity for lawyers to become better educated about new legislation, regulation and initiatives as they occur in this rapidly developing area of the law.
