Committees
The Committees of the Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Section deal with emerging legal issues and are the force behind many developments in administrative law. Since the Section covers such a broad spectrum of substantive practice areas, the Section has established twelve Administrative Process Committees and thirty Government Functions Committees. These committees sometimes meet in conjunction with ABA and Section meetings while some committees hold independent meetings throughout the year. There are eight Section Activity Committees and one Adhoc Committee.

all committee offerings.
- Get newsletters, reports, and comment on pending legislation. Some of our committees offer newsletters on timely issues in their area of concentration. Often, our committees are asked to comment on pending legislation.
Please use our Online Committee Enrollment Process to join a Section committee. How much time will you have to commit? It’s up to you. Just by joining a committee, you’ll have access to the latest developments in that area.
