Description

On this video DVD-ROM, our panelists describe alternative means of covering the various parties to construction project and how to decide which coverages are best suited for the project as a whole. For example, should insurance be owner controlled or contractor controlled?

When is wrap-up insurance better than multi-tiered overlapping insurance? What is an appropriate insurance company rating and how do you determine appropriate insurance limits? What coverages do you need, and what language should be in your contract to obtain and properly coordinate those coverages?

This program was recorded at the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry Annual Fall Meeting in 2005.
