In the past year there have been dramatic developments in the Delaware law applicable to both corporations and non-corporate entities. This panel reviews significant recent court decisions affecting Delaware corporate governance and practice, as well as possible legislative changes in these areas. The panel also reviews recent case law and legislative developments in Delaware relating to non-corporate entities.
