David C. Karp is a corporate partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. His practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Karp was special counsel to the New York Stock Exchange Corporate Accountability and Listing Standards Committee and advises the NYSE in connection with the NYSE Listed Company Manuals corporate governance provisions.
Mr. Karp was featured in American Lawyer Dealmaker of the Year article in 2006. Following his graduation from Harvard College and the University of Chicago Law School, Mr. Karp clerked for the Honorable J. Daniel Mahoney of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
