About the Book

Charles F. Raeburn is a Senior Corporate Counsel in the Pfizer Inc. Legal Division, specializing in corporate governance, securities law, and corporate transactions. He was previously General Counsel of Howmedica Inc., a Pfizer subsidiary. Prior to joining Pfizer, Mr. Raeburn was an attorney at Union Carbide Corporation and in private practice in New York. He graduated from New College, Sarasota, Florida, and Yale Law School.
