George L. Paul |
| George L. Paul is a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis and Roca, LLP. and an author of the Section of Science and Technology Law's bestselling book, The Discovery Revolution: E-Discovery Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. His practice focus is on the trial of complex cases with a concentration in commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, litigation over the theft of trade secrets, antitrust, class actions, issues affecting the internet industry, products liability, bad faith and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Paul is active in the ABA's Section of Science and Technology (where he is a former Council Member), the ABA Section of Litigation, and the Law Practice Management Section. Mr. Paul is founder and past Chair of the Arizona State Bar's Section of Internet, E-Commerce & Technology Law and serves on the editorial board of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science and Technology, published jointly by the ASU College of Law and the American Bar Association, and frequently gives guest lectures at the ASU College of Law. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. from Dartmouth College. |
