About ABA Legal Technology Survey Report

"Attorneys; you really need to take note of these statistics. This is where technology is taking us, and you have a clear choice. You can either jump on the bandwagon...or end up chasing it!"

- Perry L. Segal, Esq., e-Discovery Insights
http://www.ediscoverycalifornia.com/

The survey is an annual project of the ABA's Legal Technology Resource Center, a specialized unit providing lawyers, bar associations, law schools, and other legal organizations with information on technology and its use.

The LTRC regularly performs survey research to assess the use of technology in the legal community.

All six volumes of the Center's annual technology survey for 2009, covering a wide range of new technologies available to the legal profession, are now available.
