Attorney General Holder to Speak at Upcoming ABA Meeting on Internal Corporate Investigations

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 5, 2009 - Whether the issue involves whistleblowers, audits, financial integrity, immigration or employee activities, corporate investigations are a critical tool used by in-house and outside counsel for guiding difficult business and legal decisions.

Guidelines for corporate investigations as well as the government’s expectations for compliance and disclosure for businesses will be the focus of the American Bar Association’s National Institute on Internal Corporate Investigations held this Wednesday through Friday.  Featured speaker, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., will deliver a keynote speech Friday at 12:15 p.m.

All events will be held at the Ritz Carlton, 1150 22nd Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
